The head of LSI, Monika Kryemadhi, has reacted to the suspension of some companies that were active in relation to incinerators.

Through a status on social networks, Kryemadhi says that SPAK woke up from lethargic sleep, too late.

She declares that Albanians are waiting for real justice for every corrupt official, part of the incinerator scheme, so she calls not to look at the interests of Erion Veliaj, Engjëll Agaç and Armando Subashi.

“SPAK u zgjua nga gjumi letargjik, vetëm sot, tepër vonë, kur rolin dhe emrat e kompanive fiktive në skemën e aferës së inceneratorëve, ia kisha analizuar me fakte në kallëzimin e dorëzuar që para 1 viti.

"Procedimet penale të mësipërme ndodhen në fazën e hetimeve paraprake dhe veprimet hetimore lidhur me këto procedime penale ende nuk kanë përfunduar. Veprimtaria hetimore për këto tre procedime penale është duke u zhvilluar në përputhje me afatet procedurale të hetimit që janë parashikuar në Kodin e Procedurës Penale." - Kjo është përgjigja e fundit e prokurorisë speciale, në datë 8 qershor 2022, ndaj kërkesës time të përsëritur për informacion.
