The head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Niko Peleshi, was asked after the group's meeting about the decisions of Prime Minister Edi Rama, announced in the Assembly.
Pelesi has denied rumors that there are clashes within the SP.
He has shown that there were no objections to Rama's decision that deputies with more than 1 term should be included in the open list.
"I don't call it a clash, but there is competition that is healthy, the main competition is with political opponents and it is human for every deputy or candidate for deputy to aim to get as much support and votes as possible to be listed as high on the list, this it's healthy, not a crash.
There have been no contestations, nor should there be. Last time it was a similar system, we have the experience from last time, it was an internal competition that led to the maximization of votes", said the head of the SP group.
Also, he briefly commented on his dismissal as a minister.
"We are not eternal. It is the last thing that interests Albanians, what is the name of the minister", declared Peleshi./ CNA
