In conclusion, the head of the group, Niko Peleshi, gave details of the discussions. Asked by journalists about the mandate of Olta Xhaçka, Peleshi said that the decisions of the Constitutional Court are not discussed in the group's meetings.

The head of the SP Parliamentary Group added that there is no political decision regarding the mandate, a matter that is expected to go to the Constitutional Court.

Also, he said that they will turn to the Venice Commission for an opinion, not for this case, but for an opinion in principle for other cases that may be encountered.

"We do not discuss the decisions of the Constitutional Court, if you have a copy you will know that this issue is on the agenda. It has not been discussed that we treat it as a political decision. The decision of the Constituent Assembly, it has become known, will be read by every deputy and not the SP. The SP group has no political decision, it will be voted on in the session. We will turn to Venice not for this issue, but starting from this issue, in principle for any situation that may arise in the future", said Peleshi, among other things./ CNA
