After measurements in February and March, the Euronews Barometer - Albania has conducted the third electoral measurement for the Tirana Region in April.
The methodology used is again, as in previous measurements, a stratified random sample (referring to administrative units) and the sample size was 1000 citizens interviewed throughout the territory of Tirana District, face to face.
The data collection period for the third election measurement of the Euronews-Albania Barometer in the Tirana Region is April 11 - April 22, 2025 and the margin of error is +/-3.1%.
The third political measurement for the Tirana Region by Barometer also brings the result of the voting trend according to the opinion of the citizens who were asked.
According to this result: If the elections were held today (April 11-22):
39.3% of those surveyed would vote for the Socialist Party.
26% would vote for ASHM-Sali Berisha.
7.4% of those surveyed would vote for the Opportunity Party.
6.5% would vote for the Initiative – Albania is Done.
3.4% would vote for the Joint Movement.
1% would vote for KEA-Lulzim Basha.
15% of those surveyed are still undecided about who they would vote for.
If we compare the data of the three measurements for the Tirana Region and the voting trend as a result, we understand that: there is a slight increase in the voting trend of the PS, ASHM, Mundësia, Nisma –ShB, the Joint Movement maintains the same figures, and the undecided fall significantly in the third measurement (23.9% February / 17.9% March / 15% April)
Based on these vote trend data in the third political measurement for the Tirana District, the Barometer presents the vote projection or potentially how the Tirana district vote could be divided among the competing entities.

According to this projection:
The Socialist Party on May 11 could potentially receive 46.2% of the votes +-2% (44.2%-48.2%)
The Alliance for a Greater Albania on May 11 could potentially receive 30.6% of the votes +-2% (28.6% -32.6%)
The Opportunity Party on May 11 could potentially receive 8.7% of the votes +-1.5% (7.2%-10.2%)
The Initiative – Albania Becomes could potentially receive 7.6% of the votes +-1.5% (6.1% -9.1%) on May 11th.
The Together Movement could potentially receive 4% of the votes +-1% (3% -5%) on May 11th.
The Euro-Atlantic Coalition could potentially receive 1.2% of the votes on May 11th +-1% (0.2% -2.2%)./ Barometer
