Who do the citizens of Tirana want as prime minister and the party to govern

After the measurements in February and March, the Euronews Albania Barometer has conducted the third election measurement for the Tirana Region in April. The methodology used is again as in the previous measurements a stratified random sample (referred to administrative units) and the sample size was 1000 citizens interviewed in the entire territory of the Tirana Region, face to face. The data collection period for the third election measurement of the Euronews Albania Barometer in the Tirana Region is 11 April – 22 April 2025 and the margin of error is +/-3.1%.

The third political measurement for the Tirana Region shows us how citizens' opinions and preferences have changed regarding the politician who is most suitable to be Prime Minister and the party most suitable to govern the country.

In these measurements, 40.1% of those surveyed see Edi Rama as suitable for Prime Minister, while 41.8% see the Socialist Party as more suitable for governing.

Sali Berisha is seen as suitable for Prime Minister by 23% of those surveyed, while the Alliance for Greater Albania is seen as a suitable coalition to govern by 24.3% of those surveyed.

Agron Shehaj is seen as prime minister by 9.2% of respondents, while his party, Mundesia, is seen by 9.1% of respondents as suitable to govern the country.

Adriatik Lapaj is preferred by 6.7% of those surveyed for Prime Minister, while the Albania Initiative coalition is seen as suitable for governing by 6.4%.

Arlind Qorin is seen by 3.3% of those interviewed at the regional level as suitable for Prime Minister, and the Joint Movement led by him is seen by 3.6% of those interviewed as a suitable party to govern.
