Prime Minister Edi Rama reacted today regarding the participation in the EPP Congress in Spain of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, and the meetings he held there. Through a post on the social network "X", Rama describes Berisha's presentation before the EPP delegates as an alibi for the defeat.

Rama states that the Congress was held in an empty hall and that the sister democratic parties voted for the swamp's lightning rod, as he calls the opposition.

Rama adds that after this participation, the DP is giving way to the bitter feeling of the magnificent defeat of May 11.
