NG STRUCTURES turns out to be the company selected by IUMENTIS shpk, the latter, with the firm of Tërmet Publiçitarit, has obtained public land and a building permit for the regional slaughterhouse of the Gjirokastër District, and then transfers the money to the company of the Municipality Director.

But the abuse does not end there, in 2019 Lorenc Bami founded another company, Artreum Generation, through which he subcontracted another tender in the Memaliaj Municipality for the construction of the Water Supply System, another procedure denounced by the Democratic Party.
