The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke to the media outside the Parliament about the legal initiative proposed by the Socialist Party. Berisha said that this legal initiative is a "shield" for Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Socialists.

He stressed that this proposed law is contrary to the country's Constitution. During his speech, the leading democrat called for mass participation in the protest to be held tomorrow.

"Edi Rama takes all the powers. The law he has presented to parliament is in the most flagrant violation of the Constitution. The law is a shield for Edi Rama for the organization he heads to steal without getting away with it and standing above the law. From today on, Albanians will be robbed every day by a group that treats them mercilessly. You will have protected the law. These are using power as if they were the most regular invaders of Albanians. I invite Albanians to speak their words with epic courage tomorrow at 18:00 in the streets and squares of Tirana. Only the determination of citizens will put this criminal organization before the law. It will protect their future from a hostile gang like these. When they are with foreigners, they shut their mouths and don't say a word ," Berisha said.  /CNA
