In this message, the United States' stance on individual freedoms, clearly expressed by President Trump, Vice President JD Vance, and Secretary Rubio, resonates strongly with the causes of the Democratic Party and the situation in Albania.

Summarized by Mr. Samson and reemphasized by the US Embassy in the case of Albania, they are a denunciation of Edi Rama's narco-regime. This is because it is an undeniable fact that in all four columns of the message - "Suppressing speech, facilitating mass emigration, targeting expression of faith, and undermining electoral choice" - the narco-regime of Edi Rama and his government is supported, through cooperation with patronage players and drug cartels.

They threaten the opposition, democracy, society as a whole, and, as Mr. Samson rightly notes, “the very foundations of the transatlantic partnership.”
