"With the broom, the floor is coming out"/ Ndoka: DP should freeze

Politician Nard Ndoka commented today on the situation created within the Democratic Party, following the developments of recent days.

Invited to A2 CNN, Ndoka said today that the best solution, according to him, is for the opposition to freeze its political action with protests, as it is currently going through a moment of distrust from militants and citizens.

According to Ndoka, a spirit of new flows must be created, as the "broom" within the DP no longer brings results.

"With that Electoral Code, the right can no longer win. With only two districts, Fier and Vlora, Rama wins. Unfortunately, even today the DP does not articulate this reality for the change of the Electoral Code. Second, today the DP convened the National Council after 6 months. The Council should have convened before the Parliament started.

The opposition should have launched its own political action. A pit of distrust opened up even among the militants and this gap lasted a long time, 6 months. Citizens today have lost hope in the opposition and unfortunately, the leadership of the DP does not have a clear view of the reality on the ground. These people speak like UFOs. They still have their minds on the "broom" of the party. They do not understand that with the broom the floor of the party is being swept away because they no longer have anything to sweep. A spirit with new flows, with openness of the party, with vision had to be created.

How is no one taking responsibility... This is what the opposition lacks, the moral part and the trust of the citizens. But, these are problems that can be fixed because it is not that the opposition cannot rise again. It is a passing moment", - said Ndoka./CNA
