The last investiture, Fatmir Xhafaj, gave a speech today at the election congress of the SP. 

In his speech, he boasted that the socialists have made only the most important reforms in the country, such as justice, education, health and territorial reform. 

"We have done territorial reform, we have led the reform in justice, in health and in education. The reform in justice went through a storm, but we did it only and no one else. We proposed the international pact for justice. Those who were in the swamp did not want for it to exist", said Xhafaj. 

According to Xhafaj, with the will of the SP, a special parliamentary commission was also set up. He said that this commission, which actually aims to appeal to the justice institutions, has also received the approval of its strategic allies. 

"An independent and fair justice system. We want a state, work and works, we will modernize Albania. A major project for the rule of law. A project that has received the agreement of our strategic allies", he said. 

In fact, in all the meetings of the commission that have been held so far, they have been boycotted not only by the opposition but also by internationals./ CNA
