The head of the DP Sali Berisha, in his speech at the meeting of the National Council of the DP, addressed the members of the Council, that this is the last September that finds them in the opposition.

Berisha emphasized that the rotation cannot be delayed any longer.

"Today is the most important meeting. This is the last September that finds us in the opposition. PD takes power in 2025. The rotation cannot and will not be delayed anymore. The rotation is in our hands and in our sacrifice.

We have entered the 9th month before the final electoral battle. In 9 months we have the final confrontation against the evil that destroyed the real electoral process.

Every democrat and democrat from now on, when they ask for a vote for Democratic DP, the conviction for victory must be seen in their eyes, the conviction for victory must be heard in their voice, the conviction for victory must be read in their brain. Today more than ever victory lies in our hands.

These years have hurt the PD quite a bit, this cannot be denied. With the attack that was done to us, we fought more in defense than in attack. They should have protected our flag, the Albanian opposition.
