"Additional financing in the amount of 250 million lek for the year 2024 for the project of registration of voters in the diaspora at the Central Election Commission, with the aim of advancing in 2024 the procurement procedures for the general elections of 2025 and guaranteeing the timely implementation of the system ", it is stated in the normative act of the state budget.
