The head of the Parliamentary Group of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, member of the Council of Legislation, considered the situation of the Parliament of Albania as not normal at all, which according to him, has been caught in at least 4 constitutional violations. 

In today's meeting, he said that the majority should apologize for blocking the Investigative Commissions. 

He added that the Assembly should come out with a clear position and not drag on the issue of the tax on free professions, since anyone who has paid a tax that turned out to be unconstitutional does not have to wait to get back the amount of paid.

"The majority is behaving as if you are in a normal situation. In fact, this Assembly is not in a normal situation. In just 2 months, the Constitutional Court has found this majority in violation 4 times. You set oppressive rules for the opposition and apologize for blocking the Investigative Commissions .And even more apologize for the retaliation you did to 30 thousand intellectuals and free professionals. Any act of procrastination would be shameful," said Bardhi. /CNA
