In a statement to the media, the head of the DP Sali Berisha spoke about the massacre in Shkodër.

According to Berisha, the Bajri gang was authorized to clear the ground to ensure the next mandate for Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"It's been 10 days since the massacre of Shkodra, in which 4 innocent citizens were executed on the main streets of the city at noon, and until today there is no track for the investigation of this event, for the sole reason that the only track is the state track.

From the first day, I informed the Albanians that this was a massacre with a government license of Edi Rama because the Bajri gang is the gang that stole the mandate of the mayor and has sworn to Edi Rama that he will guarantee his mandate in Shkodër with violence and terror.

The Bajri gang, in return for the criminal services it provides to Edi Rama, his government, has been authorized to clear the ground from any kind of difficulty that may arise in securing the mandate, according to their language.

When I stated that participating in this massacre is the State Police, Mondi, who they needed according to the records to do some work, Mondi is in charge of deploying the narco-police at the service of the gang.
