The Deputy Prime Minister, Belinda Balluku, during her speech in the Parliament, emphasized that well-being in Albania has increased over the years and today they are better than they were a few years ago.

She said that Albanians used to be ashamed to show their origin, while today they do not lower their heads when they say they are from Albania. 

"How can we ask the Albanians whether they are better off today or 15 years ago. I don't know how this question can be asked, where it took 7 hours to get to Dibër, while today that road takes 1 hour and 40 minutes.
