A plenary session is being held today, where the actual 2023 budget is being discussed.

The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Flamur Noka, delivered his speech in the parliament, where he attacked the Speaker of the Assembly, Elisa Spiropali, to whom he said that she looks like Nafia in "The Last Hunt", who implements the orders of " Silos".

Noka emphasized that the civil disobedience of the Democratic Party will continue and that the majority will flee.
