The Political Leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, commented on the statement of Prime Minister Edi Rama in the show "Opinion" that the Law Reform was done by the SP, while the USA brought only "Noc Rrokun".
Kelliçi said in a television link from the US that these labels are completely unacceptable.
He stated that because of Rama's statement, he is often asked in the US that he is not Noc Rroku.
