The Deputy of the Democratic Party, Saimir Korreshi, in the Laws Committee, addressed the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, not to fill the prisons with people who were caught with 1 hashish cigarette or for gambling, since more than 56% of the budget is going to prisons. .
