Jamarbër Malltezi, the head of the Department of Environment in DP, clarified in a statement to the media the accusations leveled against him in the SPAK file.

Regarding the claims that he paid the bills of the lawyers of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Malltezi said that he did this only in one case, but his wife's family did not accept it and considered it a debt.

He emphasized that in all other cases the costs were covered by Argita Berisha Malltezi.

On the other hand, regarding the charity in Liri Berisha's foundation, the head of the Department of Environment in DP declared that malignant minds declare it as a crime.

He said that all the money has gone to the children, doctors' and sanitary workers' payments, while the Berisha family has no benefit from this money.
