Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, in a public appearance two days ago, issued a strong message to the media. A part of the journalists would consider them as "enemies", like SPAK caught for the untruths they were telling about his file. But no threat was found in any line.
At that moment it was reacted by Carlo Bollino, Mero Baze, who claimed to have been threatened by Sali Berisha. In fact, there was no threat, but with the daily threats that come, this message delivered by Berisha is nothing. Although one must give weight to what actually has weight.
Sali Berisha has been charged by SPAK. The accusation was communicated to him by prosecutor Arben Kraja.
In fact, a pious prosecutor of the power and there is no question about that. Arben Kraja is the man who first went to SPAK with the strong support and influence of Fatmir Xhafaj and the lobbying within the KLP at that time in competition with Altin Dumani and during the time he was the head of SPAK a report was brought to him among the reports made by the politician, the report made by Taulant Balla in relation to the "Partizani" case.
And, Arben Kraja, the former head of SPAK, took the file himself, investigated the file himself and took it to the end.
In fact, Sali Berisha had been attacking the acting head of SPAK, Altin Duman, for a year, but this was meaningless. What responsibility did Altin Dumani have with a file that Arben Kraja had himself taken to investigate, while Dumani came to work almost 2 years later as the head of SPAK, this only Sali Berisha, but maybe the doctor was believes more in the messages that Arben Kraja brings, that Altini will not leave him, than the truth, because no one can enter Arben Kraja in the investigation.
Anyway, beyond that, we have a 500 page file. Someone claims that there are charges, someone claims that there are no charges, there are also things that in fact should not have been part of that file at all, such as donations for children with autism.
There are files and facts about parents' health payments or "non grata", lobbying for "non grata", where in fact Jamarbër Malltezi and Argita Malltezi themselves have declared "non grata".

Some details that probably shouldn't have been part of that file at all. But anyway, Arben Kraja thinks that he has done his job well, Sali Berisha thinks that these are political accusations, journalists start talking.
There are some journalists who speak in a template, maybe they are in a hurry, maybe they don't read the lines properly and get the file late, and until they read it in detail they have to fill the TV time, gather information as much as one arm, one arm, any given by a lawyer, by the complainant, data deformation, etc. But this is the case when journalists rush, they do it without purpose.
In fact, a good part of them stay at SPAK's yard, some of them really have sources, they get the file, they speak with facts. These have nothing to do with the state of media excrement that pours out like sewage every time Erion Veliaj or Rilindja e Rama is in trouble. They are not all in one bag.
Sali Berisha calls SPAK journalists, in fact they are not, they are journalists who stay there, collect information, extract information, there are those who give support to the institution, maybe Sali Berisha doesn't like it, but they won't be everyone is with Sali Berisha, there will be people who are with SPAK, with the SP, there will be people who will be against Berisha, pro-institutions, even against Rama, they will be against the institutions or for them and so on. They are not the same as those who directed the accusations Berisha.
In fact, what stands out is the way this file was treated in some media and Sali Berisha spoke, took his stand.
To believe that a SPAK file against Sali Berisha will be handled in a dignified manner by Carlo Bollino, Mero Baze, or the media excrements of Zdromsi in Tirana, or those who use them as diarrhea when there is an emergency need, or some supposedly lawyers who are leaders of parties and convicts, charlatans and palaces in the streets of Tirana, it is a little crazy to believe it. / CNA
