Kuvendi njofton SPAK: Mund të arrestoni Berishën 

Kryetarja e Kuvendit, Lindita Nikolla nuk ka humbur kohë. Pak minuta, pasi në seancë u votua me 75 vota pro për heqjen e imunitetit të Sali Berishës, ajo i është drejtuar zyrtarisht nëpërmjet një shkrese SPAK-ut për vendimin e marrë sot. 

CNA ka siguruar shkresën, ku Nikolla vë në djeni SPAK për miratimin e sotëm në Kuvend për heqjen e imunitetit të deputetit.

Tashmë SPAK është i lirë për të vijuar me procedurat për arrestimin e kreut të PD-së.

Nuk dihet ende se cila do të jetë masa që do të merret nga ana e SPAK për Berishën, ajo e "arrestit me burg" apo "arrest shtëpie". 

Nikolla nxitoi sot edhe gjatë seancës plenare për të votuar kërkesën e SPAK, e cila mori 6 vota pro në Këshillin e Mandateve. Seanca e sotme plenare zgjati vetëm 8 minuta dhe maxhoranca "me vrap" votoi pro heqjes së imunitetit të Berishës. 

Të gjithë procedurën për heqjen e imunitetit të Berishës, opozita e ka quajtur antikushtetuese. Vetë, Sali Berisha theksoi se vendimi i marrë sot është një akt antidemokratik dhe antikushtetues. Ish-kryeministri nuk hezitoi ta quante Kuvendin një narko-parlament./CNA
