The majority, with 75 votes in favor, removed the immunity of deputy former prime minister Sali Berisha, thus paving the way for his arrest by SPAK.

Lulzim Basha did not go to the Parliament, but after the removal of Berisha's immunity, he started the party.

In the Council of Mandates, Luli sent Enkelejd Alibeaj, who demanded the arrest of the historical leader of the DP.

Today they did not go to the Assembly, but hurried to react with a greeting for the decision of the majority, as if to show that the party has started in Basha DP.

In the reaction of the PD of Basha, it is said that they support the removal of Berisha's immunity.

"DP MPs remain committed to supporting SPAK and removing the immunity of any person who has been requested by justice. This is an established standard and will always be followed by the PD and its deputies.

The normal dysfunction of the parliamentary sessions today prevented the participation and voting of the DP parliamentary group in favor of removing the immunity for MP Sali Berisha.

DP MPs will never become part of the scenarios prepared by Edi Rama and Sali Berisha to be used as an argument for escaping justice. They did everything to block and defunctionalize justice but they did not succeed.

The ugly show that the duo Rama Berisha offers to Albanians every Thursday, the lack of debate and the blocking of parliamentary life are acts that serve a failed government and an opposition segment that together try to hide from justice.

DP is determined to support SPAK and deep, fair and impartial investigations for all those government officials or former government officials who abused the trust of Albanians and embezzled their assets.
