The chairman of the DP Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, has reacted to today's vote in the Assembly for the removal of the immunity of MP Sali Berisha. 

Bardhi has called today's vote in the Assembly an unconstitutional decision. 

"The unconstitutional decision of the Assembly against Sali Berisha, approved only with the votes of Edi Rama without justification and evidence, is a genuine political act. Disregarding the Constitution and the law in this particular case is the worst standard set in a democratic society. Anyone should to be equal before the law, but equality must also exist in rights. A standard for Edi Rama's collaborators and another completely different standard for Edi Rama's opponents is neither equality nor justice," says Bardhi./ CNA
