Berisha towards arrest/ The first message after the removal of immunity

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha spoke to the media outside the Parliament building, after the MP's immunity was lifted.

Berisha described the removal of immunity as an unconstitutional and illegal decision.

He warned that this majority decision will mobilize the opposition to the highest degree.

"Today, the narco-parliament, in an unconstitutional act, voted against any constitutional and legal procedure for the removal of immunity and my arrest. Parliament today continued the work that failed on September 9, 2 years ago. If it failed on September 9, I guarantee you it will be more failed today than ever. This decision will mobilize the opposition at the highest level", he emphasized./ CNA
