The former member of the national council of the Democratic Party Edvin Kulluri said that the Municipality of Shkodra was left to Sali Berisha from the Democratic Party.

According to Kullur, the socialists are proud that there is a person declared 'non grata' at the head of the opposition.

In an interview for Euroneës Albania, Kulluri emphasized that it is impossible for PD to win these elections because it does not have a better model than its opponents.

"There are two options on the table, one option is the merger. These have led DP to this situation. Berisha's last chance to unite the party was after December 18. They excluded the other party from the process as the winner. Shkodra has been left on the table for Berisha. Rama needs a 'non grata' at the head of the opposition, he does not need an opposition. These were treated as triumphant, while these others made the victim. The point is that if the victors invite the victim to their house for dinner, they will eat them alive. It is impossible for DP to win these elections because it does not have a better model than its opponents", he said.
