The new chairman of the Youth Forum of the Democratic Party, Besart Xhaferri, has reacted to the accusations that the elections were manipulated and the winner was predetermined.

Xhaferri rejected these accusations, as he said that he has campaigned for 60 days, walking kilometers to meet citizens, just as other colleagues have also campaigned.

"It was a race over 60 campaign days. Candidates had the opportunity and all the infrastructure of the party to campaign. The branch allowed us the opportunity to meet the members of the base. It was a difficult period. August was a challenging month.
