The head of the Municipality of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, is not only a thief, a fraud and a manipulator, but he is also a cop.

As he is in the last grams of his power, Veliaj said in the Assembly of the Socialist Party of Tirana that he will provide free transportation for pensioners. 

He added that he will also modernize public transport in Tirana. 

"Free public transport for pensioners. We will modernize public transport in Tirana", said Veliaj. 

So, with this promise, Lali Eri not only copied the candidate for mayor of Tirana, Belind Këlliçin, who had the motto "free public transport" in the campaign, but he did not hesitate to say the next trick. 

The state of public transport in Tirana is scandalous, while he comes out and talks about modernization. 

Bus lines in Tirana do not respect schedules, citizens wait for hours at stations.

Meanwhile, they don't even have heating and cooling in the buses, and they are dirty. No measures are taken by the municipality regarding this situation /CNA
