The deputy of the Democratic Party, Ina Zhupa, spoke today about the investigation of concessions in Health, emphasizing that the socialists in the Parliamentary Commission have arrogantly refused to sign a statement that they are not in conflict of interest with the issues we are investigating.

Zhupa said that Plarent Ndreca was a lawyer before taking the mandate, and defended the persons under investigation or accused in connection with sterilization.

Also, Zhupa stated that the MP of the SP, Milva Ikonomi, was the deputy minister at the time of the Sterilization concession and the head of the Commission in the case of Check Up.

Zhupa said that Ikonomi has signed in cases where Ilir Beqja was not present regarding the concessions. The democratic deputy considered what happened with the concessions as a structured criminal group.

Zhupa said that the Socialist Party is trying to block the work of the commission, adding that what is being asked from the opposition to sign the declaration that they are not in conflict of interest is a requirement of the law.

"We will turn to the ILDKPI, so that they can express whether or not the deputies, members of the Investigative Commission, are in a conflict of interest," said Zhupa.

She said that no concession can be obtained without the protection, the guarantee of the one who has found the clients of the concessions, as happened in the case of "check up".
