Request for Peleshi/Kaso's dismissal: The Prime Minister leads the

Democratic Party MP Ivi Kaso, present at the Legislative Council meeting, presented the opposition's claims regarding the dismissal of Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi.

Kaso said that Peleshi has committed actions in violation of the Constitution and the rules of procedure of the Assembly.

The opposition claims that Peleshi, as Speaker of the Assembly, has shown bias in the duties of the Speaker of Parliament.

Kaso said that the majority is doing the opposite of what it publicly pledges.

Referring to the session on September 18, where the Council of Ministers' program was presented, Kaso said that the most serious violations have been committed.

This session, Kaso said, was led by Prime Minister Rama and not by the Speaker of the Parliament.

" Peleshi has committed actions in open violation of the Constitution and the rules of the Assembly. He has shown the bias of the Assembly, a task that had just been entrusted to him.
