The candidate of the opposition for the municipality of Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, presented the plan for education in the capital.

At a table with education experts, teachers, pedagogues, pupils and students, Kelliçi showed the measures he plans to take from the beginning of his work as mayor, to put an end to the problem of the lack of schools and nurseries.

“Sot që ne flasim në kryeqytet kemi vetëm 39 çerdhe dhe 46 kopshte që mjaftojnë vetëm për akomodimin e 12 mijë fëmijëve të kryeqytetit. Pra 38 mijë fëmijë mbeten të pa adresuar dhe problematika e tyre, duhet të jetë një shqetësim parësor për çdo kryebashkiakë dhe për çdo punonjës të bashkisë Tiranë”, u shpreh ai.

Kandidati i opozitës paraqiti edhe zgjidhjen. Zgjidhja e këtij problemi do të vijë nëpërmjet përdorimit të taksës 3% si kontribut social që jep sektori i ndërtimit.

Pra, kjo hapësirë do të përdoret për kopshte dhe çerdhe të reja në Tiranë, që sipas Belind Këlliçit, do të ketë menjëherë dyfishim të tyre.

“Angazhimi im i parë dhe i drejtpërdrejtë sot është ky: E gjithë sipërfaqja e ndërtuar që vjen prej taksës 3% si kontribut social i sektorit të ndërtimit, do të shkojë për çerdhe dhe kopshte të reja. Kjo do të thotë se numri i kopshteve dhe çerdhe të reja në Tiranë do të dyfishohet menjëherë. Kjo do të ndodh brenda vitit tim të parë të mandatit të ardhshëm”, u shpreh Këlliçi.

Por, edhe nëse pas kësaj situate do të ketë ende fëmijë që nuk marrin shërbim në kopshtet dhe çerdhet publike për shkak të mungesës së kapaciteteve, ai parashikon një paketë financiare që ata të akomodohen në struktura private.
