Benet Beci është kandidati i Partisë Socialiste për bashkinë e Shkodrës dhe për të garuar në zgjedhjet vendore të 14 majit ligji parashikon se duhet të japë dorëheqjen nga mandati si deputet.
Në listë për të zëvendësuar Benet Becin në Parlament është Ilir Beqaj, por kryetari i KQZ-së, Ilirjan Celibashi konfirmoi se Beqaj kishte refuzuar të merrte mandatin.
Kështu, i radhës në listën e PS-së është Frrok Gjini, kunati i Nard Ndokës.
Pra, Frrok Gjini pritet të marrë mandatin dhe të bëhet deputet i Partisë Socialistëve. Kështu Gjini do të jetë në pushtet dhe kunati i tij Nard Ndoka në opozitë./ CNA.al
