Jorida Tabaku owes it to those who voted for her to run for Mayor of Tirana.
Throughout the campaign, Jorida, in every meeting with voters, but especially with sponsors, emphasized that she definitely had to be in the Assembly because she would be running for mayor of Tirana.


With this "argument" Jorida supported her need for others to support her with what they had, some with votes and some with funds.
Later, when the elections were over, even representatives of the Socialist Party declared, some with subtext and some directly, that they had helped Jorida win the mandate.

 

Blendi Gonxhja, who is the type who doesn't show it, looks like he didn't do it, didn't take long after the results came out to congratulate Jorida on her victory.

Erjon Braçe went even further and stated that he had helped Tabaku with votes during the elections for Tirana. On that occasion, he "let those who needed to know" that he would help whoever he wanted and had chosen Jorida.
Now Jorida has become a member of parliament!


Meanwhile, Rama has announced his candidacy for Tirana.

She is as Tirona as Jorida, as complete as Jorida, but she did not emerge from the open list like Jorida. So, no one helped her with the promise that she would be a candidate for the Municipality of Tirana.


In the race for Tirana, therefore, the DP and the opposition have no better candidate than Tabaku. She emerged from the open lists, she is just as female as Rama's candidate and above all she has the support of several SP exponents, with MP Erjon Braçe at the top of the list (who supports whoever he wants).

Especially now that they are no longer friends with Fatmir Xhafaj. Blendi Gonxhja remained a minister and as such can repeat the messages for the structures in the administration.
Even some former Veliaj directors can re-engage for Jorida's votes from Unit 2.
If the DP plans to win Tirana, Jorida has all the chances behind him, including the businesses involved in the land deals with the Tirana incinerator.


Therefore, the opposition must become pragmatic.
And last but not least, Jorida must keep her promise.

Now that she has become a member of parliament, she must run for the Municipality of Tirana. A politician is known for keeping his word. And Jorida will never have another chance for this! / CNA
