"Irena with 5 surnames with a fake contract"/ Berisha: This document

DP leader Sali Berisha, after leaving SPAK, has published another document against judge Irena Gjoka.

Berisha has announced that this is an unnotarized and false contract with which, according to opposition leader Irena Gjoka, she passed the vetting. 

"Now, to understand the extent of who Edi Rama's institutions for justice are, here's who they are. These are servants who have no law or morals, which of course I don't say for everyone, but Dumani and some other guys here, who make deals with Rama and crime every day.

But the second issue I wanted to present with documents is Irena with 5 surnames, the real face of the new judicial system, the president of the special court. The president remains an honorary president. She has the strangest contract in Albania, in the region and in Europe. And this contract has been accepted as an official document although it has no notarization.

This unnotarized contract was accepted as an official document by Edi Rama's henchmen, to justify her criminal proceeds and keep her in service.

Lease contract concluded in Fier today, February 13, 1996, in which the contracting parties sign the contract below.

This contract, listen now, this shames even the donkey state, but money denigrates people to the extent that it transforms them, this contract is drafted in accordance with Articles 801 and 825 of the Civil Code.

Friends, the Civil Code adopted in 1994 had a total of 280 or so articles. Here you have the Civil Code. The Civil Code adopted a few years ago has 800 or 1000 articles. Although they have contacted the Fier tax authorities, asking if there are any documents for this amount of 60 million lek of dirty money from Irena with 5 surnames, money from crime, which she is deceiving, the tax authorities tell them that there is no trace, no name, or mole of this money.

Wait. What do the 5-named vets do? The 5-named vets accept it and tell Irena with 5-named vets, go and pay the taxes you didn't pay in 1996 for 60 million lek.

"Is there a more shameless state, is there a greater shamelessness than this? So, the vets accept a fake document for which she should go where she belongs. The vets ask her to pay the tax as well. The vets become co-authors in Irena's crime with 5 surnames," said Berisha./ CNA
