"On May 11th, there was administrative pressure"/ Çollaku:

Journalist Basir Çollaku said today that there was great administrative pressure for the parliamentary elections. Invited to Syri TV, Çollaku commented on the results of the May 11 elections, stating that in the last six months every type of legal and illegal instrument and means was used in the country.

Çollaku accused that since 2013, there have been people incriminated by the mafia and organized crime in public offices.

"I was the candidate of the Democratic Party, in the Dibra district where I met thousands of people, many Democrats trusted and voted for me. What has happened with every kind of legal and illegal instrument and means has been happening for at least the last 6 months, not just in the last days and weeks. There has been great administrative pressure. We spent the election month reporting and denouncing.

We met people, we presented the offer of the DP, while on the other hand they did not even have a program. There were only a few people who run around at night, to fine, to rob, to pay, to pressure and to blackmail people. Since 2013, in public offices we have incriminated both the mafia and organized crime and public, local and central government. These together produce mandates, because they have extreme dependence on each other", - said Çollaku. /CNA
