He punched the deputy Vullnet Sinaj/ How many years in prison does Nallbati

Yesterday there were many tensions in the Assembly. The deputy of the Democratic Party, Bledjon Nallbati, punched the deputy Vullnet Sinaj, just because he was speaking while performing his duty in the Assembly.

But what does the democratic deputy risk after this action?

According to the Criminal Code, in the chapter on "Crimes against the authority of the state", in article 253, it clearly provides for the punishment in this case. MP Nallbati risks being fined or imprisoned for up to 5 years. 

"The objection made to an employee who performs a state duty or public service, with the aim of preventing him from performing the state duty or public service, constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable by a fine, or six months in prison. And this crime, when it is committed in cooperation or by exercising physical violence, or more than once, is punishable by a fine or imprisonment of up to five years", the law states.
