The opposition created tensions and debates during the plenary session that lasted only 45 minutes.

Democratic MPs did not allow SP MPs to deliver their speeches, thus creating incidents or physical clashes, as was the case with MPs Bledjon Nallbati and Vullnet Sina.

But a spicy moment was noticed during this session. While the opposition had blocked the pulpit and Gazment Bardhi was giving a speech, Speaker Lindita Nikolla started talking on the phone.

A few moments after the phone call, she interrupted Bardhi, stating that his speech is not a procedure.

This made the situation even more tense and Nikola interrupted the plenary session./ CNA
