The Supreme Court dismisses Meta's appeal/ GJKKO finally dismisses the case

The Supreme Court dismissed Ilir Meta's appeal against the former head of the Judicial Appointments Council, Ardian Dvorani.

With the decision of the Criminal College of the Supreme Court, the decision of the GJKKO to suspend the investigations remains in force. We recall that a year ago the Special Court Against Crime and Corruption dismissed the report of the then President of the Republic against the former head of the Judicial Appointments Council, Ardian Dvorani.

The court accepted SPAK's request and closed the investigations. At that time, Ardian Dvorani said that the time of public trials is over.
