The head of the investigation commission for concessions in Health, Albana Vokshi, in a statement to the media, commented on the request of GJKKO to SPAK for the aggravation of the charges against Ilir Beqaj. Vokshi commented on the seriousness of the charges as a victory for the opposition, the same as the chief democrat Sali Berisha did earlier.

The Democratic Party, Vokshi said, in the coming days will publish the full report of the opposition MPs in the Investigative Commission, as well as file a new criminal report for the entire network of established companies and demand the seizure of all assets. of these individuals, in Albania and Italy.

The Special Structure investigated for 4 consecutive years the corrupt sterilization affair, and tried to cover up the flagrant facts that made Ilir Beqaj, Ogerta Manastirliu, the Minister of Finance and Edi Rama himself guilty.

For this affair, the Democratic Party requested the establishment of an investigative commission. Although it was continuously blocked by the Majority, even through the appointed vice-president, a person accused of abuse and misuse of duties, Plarent Ndreca, the opposition managed to reveal a true criminal scheme in the theft of public money. What we did for 4-5 months, SPAK did not give up for more than 4 years.

The investigative commission found out how Ilir Beqaj in collaboration with Klodian Rrjepaj, Ilir Rrapaj, Umbro Stachini had forged the documentation to benefit from this concession contract. All this with the blessing of Edi Rama.

The investigative commission did what SPAK did not do in its investigation, it followed the money and discovered a whole network of companies set up by these individuals, companies which have disappeared not a little but around 50,000,000 euros.

The investigative commission has also discovered the corrupt connection of Klodian Rrjepaj with the company Alba Light, a connection which was hidden by SPAK.

The investigative commission has discovered and verified the companies created by Ilir Rapaj, in his name, his relatives and friends, and how tens of millions of EUROs have moved and where they have gone.

Today GJKKO, after the investigation of this scheme by this Commission, has decided to aggravate the charges against these citizens by now calling them a STRUCTURED CRIMINAL GROUP.

GJKKO has also requested the investigation of the Italian citizen Umbro Stachini who, together with Elisabeta Anzanelo, REFUSED several times to appear to testify before the Investigative Commission.

The Democratic Party, and I personally, in the coming days will publish the full report of the opposition deputies to the Investigative Commission, we will file a new criminal complaint against the entire network of companies created by this criminal organization, and we will demand the seizure of all the assets of these individuals, not only in Albania but also in Italy.
