Former Foreign Minister Paskal Milo considered the invitation extended to Albania to be part of the Peace Board initiated by US President Donald Trump as positive.

In a television studio, Milo stated that there are no privileged reports because the invitation was extended to 60 countries around the world.

In Milo's view, Albania must be careful about the positions it displays in the international arena, at a time when it is aiming for the EU.

"It is very good that Albania is in this international organization. But Albania is one of the 60 countries that have been invited. We are not dealing with privileged relations. We must be more modest in handling the invitation that has been made to us. We as Albania must be attentive and careful, because we also have obligations towards the EU, to demonstrate the same stance in international politics to adhere to EU decisions", said Milo./CNA
