"Why did you expel us?"/ MP: Your political orders cannot stop us

DP MP Elda Hoti stated at a meeting of the Assembly Bureau that Parliament no longer belongs to the citizens, but has become a shield for criminal interests that have seized the state.

The MP made accusations, saying that being expelled from Parliament by a gang of thieves is a medal of honor for anyone who refuses to remain silent, who refuses to become an accomplice to corruption and crime, and fights against them for a free and democratic Albania.

She warns the majority that the exclusion will not stop them and they will receive the answer on January 24th.

"My colleagues and I have been expelled from Parliament for 30 days, just as we were expelled for months last term."

Why were we expelled for 30 days because we protested that Belinda Balluku was taken as a defendant by SPAK and, instead of bearing political responsibility, you took her under your protection.

In every democratic country, an official accused by the judiciary resigns.

Why were we excluded because we denounced organized crime, rampant corruption, and a system built on the plunder of public property?

Why were we excluded because we dared to mention names, affairs, dubious tenders, connections of power with oligarchs and the economic mafia?
