The moment of Jamarbë Malltez's arrest

Jamarbër Malltezi, the member of the National Council of the DP and the son-in-law of the former prime minister Sali Berisha, was arrested yesterday at Rinas airport.

As soon as Malltezi arrived in Rinas to meet his wife, the police handcuffed him.

A photo has circulated on the network, where Berisha's son-in-law is seen accompanied by two officers.

Then he was sent to Police Station No. 3. Malltezi is accused of "Passive corruption in collaboration", Article 260 and "Cleaning of Products in collaboration, in collaboration with Fatmir Bektashi", Article 287 of the Penal Code;

SPAK seized Berisha's son-in-law's property. In the meantime, SPAK has set the measure "obligation to appear" for Berisha and has also arrested the builder Fatmir Bektashi./ CNA
