Enkeleda Millonai is one of the prosecutors of the group investigating the privatization of the former Partizani complex that signed the arrest warrant for Jamarbër Malltez, the son-in-law of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

A series of accusations have been brought against this prosecutor by Berisha. During the press conference, Berisha said that Millonai is defending her biological brother Taulant Balla, the socialist who submitted the lawsuit to SPAK.

He said that the prosecutor had denied Malltez the right to a judicial process, taking the latter's file hostage for 3 years for slandering Balla.

"Jamarbër Malltezi has reacted, first he sued Taulant Ballë in the SKAP for a false report, as you know he appeared before the Albanians and presented a decree of Jakomon and said that here are the 6 families of the Partizani field that have been rewarded by the regime of the Italian occupation.

The truth is that those families of that decree were none of those who had the properties of the Partizani club. They were all property owners that were at least 1 kilometer away from the Partizani club.

Jamarbër Malltezi was preparing the second lawsuit against Mellonai, for two reasons.

First, this lady, and I have denounced, in the most thuggish way, the lawsuit filed by Jamarbër Malltezi against Taulant Balla for defamation. And after the assessment of the Supreme Court, it would send the file to the Constitutional Court, since the rule to turn to Strasbourg requires that all the country's courts be exhausted.

Mellonai, in order to save his biological brother, takes the file and does not give it to him for three years, denying the citizen the basic right to a regular judicial process.
