SPAK made submission mandatory/ Berisha reacts: Rama's order

Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has reacted for the first time after SPAK ordered him to appear on the issue of the privatization of the former Partizani complex, accusing him of corruption, money laundering and concealment of wealth.

Berisha accused Prime Minister Edi Rama, claiming that he ordered the prosecutors to issue decisions that violate the Constitution.

"Rama ordered his mercenary prosecutors, publicly denounced in this room for hiding documents, for manipulating files, for collaboration with crime and gangs, to issue orders in violation of the Constitution", he said, among other things.

Furthermore, the former prime minister declared that he will accept the challenge to remove Article 73 of the Constitution, which he claims was violated by the SPAK decision.

He, shocked to the core by his crimes, by the affairs in which there is no justice in the world that saves him, the McGonigal affair, the incinerators affair, the sterilizers affair, the Durrës Port affair, the Butrint affair.

Edi Rama, after losing the mandate of the deputy, as the Constitution says, with the tenders he won contrary to the Constitution and the laws of the country, his stepdaughter named Xhillari in the company I Riu, with the tenders won by Fangu or the husband of his sister Linda Ramës, with the implications of the latter on the banks' boards, de facto in accordance with the Constitution, he is no longer a member of the Albanian Parliament.

Edi Rama, after having successfully stolen the Albanian vote and eliminated political pluralism in the parliament, after being branded by the citizens of Kosovo as the brother of Vucic, by the opposition as the Argat of Belgrade, by the world as the Albanian Pashiqi, and after the beginning of the opposition movement without returning yesterday to the parliament of Albania, he ordered his mercenary prosecutors, publicly denounced in this hall, for hiding documents, for manipulating files, for collaboration with crime and gangs, to issue orders in violation of the Constitution, its article 73 , which determines that the MP's freedom in any form, movement, cannot be violated without the approval of the parliament.

But, being the author of such a proposal in 2012, for this article to be removed, I fully accept the challenge.

So, not even my restriction to move in Albania, I am a deputy and I have to meet with the voters, who today feel more like Sali Berishë than ever.

Even my restriction to move to Europe could never happen without the approval of parliamentary committees.
