Independent candidate Florjan Binaj has discovered a "flower garden" of inert materials in the capital. 

It is about a square with inert materials on "Xhanfize Keko" street, where the pollution seems alarming.

" For more than two weeks, this newly inaugurated flower garden has been providing fresh air not only to the residents of "Xhanfize Keko" Street, but also to all the residents of Tirana. With a very elegant design, by the famous duo of Italian architects, Giorgio Lafasulja and Xhuljano Lagrumi.
