Benet Beci, after being declared the winner of the municipality of Shkodra in these elections with a deep result against Bardh Spahia, has thanked all the people of Shkodra who voted for him and above all the democrats who, according to him, looked at him with distrust at first.

Beci, through an official statement to the media, has pledged that every promise, every project that has been promised to the citizens will become a reality.

Among other things, he added that after the victory he is in a real challenge.

"I still haven't gotten over the emotions of these two days when Shkodra spoke. After a month of campaigning, we discussed projects that will take Shkodra forward. I am grateful to Shkodra for the trust, as it is a big job to return it. Starting tomorrow, work will be done for Shkodra. We will humbly serve all those who voted for us and those who did not vote for us. We had an excellent campaign in Shkodër, calm. I am grateful to the Democrats who have looked at us with suspicion and finally many of them have given us their trust.
