The Central Election Commission has come up with a guide for all counting centers.

With a notice, the CEC gives an ultimatum to the CEAZs not to interrupt the counting process at any moment, as it emphasizes that it must continue uninterrupted.

This institution requires that the CEAZs take measures to replace the enumerators who leave, retire, or have stayed on duty with extended hours.

Order for the organization of vote counting groups in the VNV, for the uninterrupted continuation of the process, for the elections for local government bodies on May 14, 2023

In support of point 1, letter "b", and point 2, of article 19, of articles 32, point 1, letter a and point 3, 33 letters a and ë, article 119 point 5, article 168 and 171 point 5, of the Electoral Code, as amended, and decision no. 23, dated 24.4.2023 "On the organization of work in the Country of

Counting of Votes, the sequence of actions during the delivery of election materials, counting of votes and issuing the result of the elections for the electoral administration area, for the elections for the local government bodies".

I order:

1. CEAZs, in cooperation with the representatives of the political parties that have the right to propose members of the vote counting groups, determine in advance the lists of counters that, as the case may be, will replace those who leave, withdraw, or have stayed on duty with extended hours.

2. CEAZ, with the exception of decision-making cases, can organize the presence of its members in the VNV premises on the basis of a rotation system.

3. CEAZs are charged with the implementation of this order.

This order takes effect immediately./ CNA.al
