This was confirmed by the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, during a statement to the media.
Celibashi said that this calculation was made in relation to the total number of voters in the voting centers.
"Regarding the participation, we have 4835 polling stations, for which it was reported in the system, over 1 million voters result. The participation is 37.9%, always making this ratio with the total number of voters of the voting centers that have reported. So, the number of participants is 37.9%", he said./ CNA.al
