After the triumph in Shkodër/Spiropali: He will return to the capital of the north

The political leader of Shkodër district, Elisa Spiropali, issued a statement to the media after the SP's deep victory in this district.

Spiropali thanked all socialist supporters and activists who participated in these elections.

Among other things, she expressed her belief that the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, will keep his promise to turn Shkodra into the capital of the north.

"It is an honor for me to be the head of this district. We have met all the communities and we are grateful to the activists who joined us in this campaign with the main goal of moving forward in the Shkodër region. In Shkodër, a campaign has been carried out that exceeds our expectations. Shkodra has not fallen as some say lightly, it has risen and will rise to a new level of development.
