The former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu, was asked by journalists if he will go to SPAK if he is called to give explanations regarding the "Gërdeci" file.

Mediu said that for such a decision, he must first consult with his lawyers.

However, he stated that he is ready to be interrogated, but emphasized that this act should be real and not formal.

"I made my statement at the hearing that I will consult with the lawyers. I'm definitely willing to be asked anything, I've been waiting 17 years to be asked. About the time and how a consultancy should be done. I don't want to have a formal act of my question, I want to have a real act of my question and whoever asks inside and outside the hall.
